First Four Episodes of KAOS (2024)

So I feel like we've been deep in the dredges of Jeff's IMDB page for months and I've been promising Danya that something cool was coming soon and FINALLY HERE WE ARE. Kaos is absolutely exactly what I want to see Jeff in, which is to say, he is just 10000% being himself, with some plot direction. He's mean, he's sexy in those tiny shorts, he's a giant moody baby, he's the king of the friggin gods. I'm not exactly sure what the main plotline is here, and while I always want more Jeff in my life, I don't think he's underused. Looking forward to the rest of this show!!

Ugh this show uses CLIFFHANGERS! And I have agreed not to watch it without Danya BUT I NEED TO KNOW WHAT IS HAPPENING NEXT! Anyway, this show continues to definitely be fun. Jeff/Zeus is extremely evil and he plays it very well. Like he is just being himself, Mr. Jeff Goldblum, but like stone-cold evil and I am giving him a pass for it because he’s wearing gold sunnies and blue velour pajamas? This show is lush to watch and I’m fully in. Love the casting, everyone is great!

Danya:

First of all, #TeamDennis always and forever. This is clearly the very best Jeff thing we have watched in a long time. Incredible artistry, all the sets look like Wes Anderson was released in the Aegean Sea. Jeff is somehow still incredibly likeable and believable as a narcissistic fragile villain with incredible velour sweat suits. I can feel my 8th grade self straining to remember my Greek mythology, but the references are probably even better for people who actually remember things. Overall, smart writing, interesting characters, and truly spectacular production design.

9/10 Godblums
