“The Robin Tucker's Roseland Roof and Ballroom Murder” (1980) TenSpeed and Brown Shoe S1E3

Bekkah:

So apparently we watched this epsiode before? Our bad. It was not a 6 this time, sorry baby Jeff. Beby Jeff has a 10/10 Goldblums face, but it is too late in JGMC for me to be invested in 1980s-style acting and plots. Jeff also wore a 10/10 Goldblums Deep V, and we haven’t seen a Deep V in a long time, so that counts for something. And I realized how much I would like Jeff to do the audiobook for pretty much anything I want to read. But like… wtf happened? There were some cons and some crimes. And a lady for Jeff to save. She had a nice cat and the two of them (lady and cat) moved in with Tenspeed and Brown Shoe at the end of the episode? I think we can all agree that the cat is the real hero here.

Danya:

So, this seemed vaguely familiar. And at first it was like, did we watch this?! But it was episode 3 and according to our carefully kept archives we had only watched 1 and 2. But that dance hall was familiar. And that hitman who was into the ERA but not letting the ladies fly planes. Turns out, not every episode is exactly the same (or maybe? I guess that’s TBD), but we had watched this. The outfits were good, the Vs were deep, and the only women who spoke were creampuffs and not people. The cat was truly fuzzy and soft.

3/10 Jeffspeeds and Goldshoes
