The League (TV Show 2011, 2012) S3E8 & S4E12
Bekkah:
This show does not fail to crack me up, even though everyone is horrible and women are a total afterthought. Jeff’s two episodes in this show are truly disgusting, where in one, he bangs his son’s friend’s sister (see the vinegar strokes, above) and in the other, he offers to inseminate his daughter-in-law. Absolutely horrible, but also… definitely funny. Jeff has very nice specs in both episodes, which pair nicely with his horrible personality. His darty eyes (second only to his lick lips, in weird Jeff mannerisms) are featured prominently. I wish there was more Jeff in the Krampus episode, but Taco as twee Krampus made up for the lack of Jeff. Seeing these two episodes reminded that it’s maybe time for a rewatch of the whole show.
Danya:
On this, the first night of Channukah, we celebrate by watching lots of white dudes be terrible and hilarious. I wish Jeff was in a some sort of holiday romp film (Love and Latkes, anyone?) but instead he crashes Thanksgiving and then Christmas and manages to sexually harass the only lady character on the show. Did I laugh? Yes, just as much as I cringed. Dirty Jeff is still Jeff, and charming as hell.
7/10 Goldflums
