I AM VERY INTO WHATEVER IS HAPPENING. This show is nuts in the best way and I am fully engaged. Jeff looks 15/10 Goldblums in every scene and has #outfits for DAYS. Is he just wearing his own clothes? I hope so. (Brag: I saw him perform 2 weeks ago and his outfit was very similar to the episode 4 outfit.) My fave was his gold suit and matching cat eye sunglasses. I am fully convinced they just gave him lines and were like “Be Jeff Goldblum with it,” and well, there it is. This show is MESSY and NONSENSE and we just ended on a great fucking cliffhanger and I am very excited for whatever is next!

I feel like I should have so much to say about this show, but mostly I’m just like…what? stephen king references? random sci-fi? future magic? It feels like Michael Showalter basically got to just get as weird and dark as possible and nobody is there to stop him. Jeff plays himself perfectly and I want to marry every one of his puffy lab coats or glitterati blazers. Am I supposed to think things about capitalism and enlightenment and how everything good on the surface of this show is actually truly rotten underneath? Either way, the outfits are kickin.
