Today is Bacon Day, which is a day that Danya invented, but is now celebrated widely!!! For our own Jeff/Bacon Day celebration, we watched this episode of The World According to Jeff Goldblum, which was not exactly about bacon, but it did feature bacon! And look, this is exactly what I wanted it to be. Jeff just being his weird self for 30 minutes while I kind of learn like one or two things? Yes please. Jeff complaining about toxic masculinity? Yes please. Jeff doing turkey calls? Yes please. Jeff eating crickets?! Yes please. Great mustaches from the wholesome fire department? Also yes please. I am looking forward to more of this show!

Happy Bacon day to one and all! And also happy Bekkah has disney+ day because that means we can finally watch “the world according to jeff”! Which, let’s be honest, is the culmination of Jeff Goldblum Movie Club. This show is just Jeff being Jeff, with wacky colored leather jackets and deep questions about crickets’ names. Jeff goes on a journey through sexism and meat, but ends in cozy masculine hugs with firefighters that he just fed grilled cauliflower. It’s quite a delightful ride. I can’t wait for more!
